2024 AIIM State of the Information Management Practice Survey

About the Survey

You are invited to participate in a research study about the state of information management practice among professionals. The study examines how organizations and practitioners perceive the profession and practice of information management. This study is being conducted by the Association for Intelligent Information Management in conjunction with DAMA International. This survey is designed to uncover opportunities for growing and elevating information and data management practices. Survey respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the report.

If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete an online survey that asks about you collect, store, share, leverage, or delete information and data in a compliant and responsible way as part of your work. The survey should take about 20-25 minutes to complete.

Participation is confidential. Responses will be kept private in a password protected file and no individual responses will be reported. The results of the study may be published or presented at professional meetings, but your identity will not be revealed.

Taking part in this study is completely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or to exit the survey at any time.
