The City of Arden Hills is asking its utility customers to take a survey to help create an inventory of all water service lines in its system. The survey will ask customers to provide contact information and identify the material type of their water service line. Thank you for your participation.

DATA PRACTICES ADVISORYTENNESSEN WARNING – CUSTOMER DATA/WATER SERVICE LINE
The City of Arden Hills (the "City") is creating an inventory of all water services in the City to comply with federal drinking water requirements (40 CRF Part 141, subpart I). You are being asked to answer questions and provide information regarding contact and property information and the material type of the water service line. The City will use this data to generate a material type inventory for each water service line which will be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Health.
The information you provide is considered public under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. The City will share this information with the Minnesota Department of Health and the Environmental Protection Agency to determine compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. The information may also be accessible to persons submitting a Request for Information from the above-named entities.
You are not required to answer questions or provide the information requested. If you do not provide the information, the City will contact you to schedule an inspection to verify the type of water service material at your property.
