Rev 103.0 ~ Questionnaire on Community Life In Public or Subsidized Housing for Elderly and Disabled |
As seen by those agencies & professionals who provide services to residential communities
The focus of this short survey is to identify and estimate the number of healthy or toxic communities in your catchment area, based on your own observations and reports by people in those communities.
A healthy community is free of bullying, all tenants and staff are treated by other tenants and staff with respect, social events and activities are open and welcoming to all in the common areas of the development.
Some communities are toxic. Hostile environment harassment (bullying or mobbing) is unwelcome conduct that creates a situation that makes it difficult or impossible for victims to have the peaceful enjoyment of their residency; being able to use their apartment and all common areas without undue interference.

The questions focus on your experience and observations of each housing development or residential community in the scope of your responsibilities in the municipality or catchment area where you work. The report will not identify any community. We ask only for the location and zip code so we can map the answers by area.
