1. Milo Livable Communities Survey

The Milo Age-Friendly project is seeking your help in making Milo an even better place for all citizens, with a special focus on older residents. To do this, we are asking that you complete the following survey. The information you provide will help to identify low-cost ways to improve the town for older residents. 

To encourage your participation, there will be a raffle for 10, $25 Hannaford gift cards. If you would like to be entered in the raffle to win one of these cards, please complete the survey and you will be forwarded to the gift card entry form. 

About the survey

It is being done through the Town of Milo's Age-Friendly project. 

Any Milo resident 18 years or older may complete this survey and enter the drawing.
