The City of Albuquerque wants to be nationally designated as an age-friendly by AARP and the World Health Organization (WHO) city and needs your help. Albuquerque adults of all ages (18 years and older) are invited to complete the following survey. Your answers to this survey will help identify current and future age-friendly practices in our community.

Age-Friendly Cities
When a city is designated as age-friendly, it means that the community is livable for people of all ages and enables them to live in security, enjoy good health and participate fully in society. Age-friendly cities show success in these 8 domains of livability:

·    Outdoor Spaces and Buildings
·    Respect and Social Inclusion
·    Transportation
·    Civic Participation and Employment
·    Housing
·    Communication and Information
·    Social Participation
·    Community and Health Services

About this Survey
This survey asks questions about your community and opinion on these age-friendly domains of livability. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete. We respect your privacy and responses are completely anonymous and Survey Monkey's privacy policies apply to these anonymous responses.
