To thank you for your contribution to the research project, you will be given the option to enter your email to win one of ten $50 sports retail gift cards. All coaches who begin the online survey will be automatically entered in the draw. Upon completion of the study, we will randomly select ten participants from those who have entered. Those who have been selected will be informed by e-mail. If each winner cannot be reached within 14 days from the date of the draw, the prizes will be awarded to subsequent participants that are randomly selected and so on until the prizes have been awarded. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize must be accepted as awarded or forfeited. The email address that you provide when you enter the draw is collected for the purpose of contacting you if you are selected in the draw. The contact information you have provided will be kept confidential and then destroyed once the prizes have been awarded. We reserve the right to cancel the draw or cancel the awarding of the prizes if the integrity of the draw or the research or the confidentiality of the participants is compromised. This draw is governed by the applicable laws of Canada.
