This online preferences form is the first step in the enrolment process for the DKHAC Adult Swim program.

Adult Intermediate 1a - learn to: swim independently 12.5 metres (plus other skills)

Adult Intermediate 1b - learn to: swim independently extended to 25 metres (plus other skills)

Adult Advanced (deep water) - learn to: refine your technique, go faster, improve your efficiency
