SISTIC Annual Customer Survey

The Annual Customer Survey is conducted annually by SISTIC to understand our customers better.
 
This survey takes about 12 minutes to complete.
 
As a small token of appreciation, we will be giving out 200 Grab Vouchers worth $10 each to the first 200 qualified responses submitted by 31st January 2019. 
 
  1. Each person is only entitled to one (1) voucher.
  2. Only survey responses that are valid and complete will qualify.
  3. Voucher is non-transferrable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable. Their validity cannot be extended.
  4. Winners will be announced and contacted on the 1st of February 2019.
  5. The deadline for collection of vouchers is 14th February 2019. 
  6. SISTIC reserves the right to amend or substitute the prize with that of a similar value at any time without prior notice.
  7. In the event of a dispute, the decision of SISTIC is final and binding.
