Question Title

* 1. Aspect Research Centre for Autism Practice (ARCAP) is wanting to hear about people’s experiences when accessing an autism assessment in Australia, for themselves or for their child.

We are interested in how long people have to wait and whether this varies by location, age of the person to be assessed or type of provider.

If you are currently seeking an autism assessment for yourself or for your child in Australia, or if you or your child have been assessed for autism in the last 2 years in Australia you can let us know about your experiences by completing this 5 minute survey.

This information will provide an important snapshot of the current capacity for autism assessments in Australia and assist service providers, such as Aspect, target groups or geographical areas that are experiencing difficulties accessing autism assessments.

The survey is anonymous. Any results of this survey that we share publicly will not contain any personal information that could identify you as an individual.

If you have any questions about the survey you can contact Vicki Gibbs, National Manager, Aspect Research Centre for Autism Practice,  on 02 8977 8331 or email to vgibbs@autismspectrum.org.au
