Listen, Learn, Lead

The purpose of the Early Career K-12 CTO Academy is to help new technology directors succeed by enhancing their understanding of edtech leadership and make a positive impact on student-centered, digital learning. This blended learning model is targeted for early career K-12 chief technology officers (CTOs) who have a unique set of challenges and needs. Our goal is to help them address these challenges and find practical solutions that they can use now and throughout their careers. This program is developed in collaboration with Dell Technologies.  

The 2020-2021 Academy program includes:

1) 2-day virtual workshop on January 21 - 22, 2021

2) Mentor matched to meet your needs

3) Two virtual events per month that include deep dive discussions and practical activities

4) Capstone project (select projects will be featured at the CoSN 2021 Conference)

5) Private online community consisting of past and current cohort members and mentors

6) CoSN 2021 Annual Conference registration 

7) Program certificate upon completion
 
Eligibility and Timeline

New career K-12 chief technology officers (CTOs) with fewer than 4 full years of experience are invited to apply. The program runs from September 2020 to May 2021. Apply today - due date is August 31, 2020, at Midnight Eastern Time.

Registration Fees


Members: $1,299

Non-members $2,299

The program fee will be invoiced upon acceptance. Fees include all program materials, two-day virtual workshop, and CoSN Annual Conference registration.
