The Asia ATP 2025 Awards is a brand-new award program introduced for the 2025 Annual Conference to be held in Hong Kong, and it will be conducted through a self-submission, blind review, and final announcement process. The vetting process is designed to uphold fairness and ensure that every submission is reviewed and judged in an impartial and transparent manner.

As this program is Asia-focused, submissions from non-Asian regions should clearly demonstrate how their program or initiative provides impactful insights or sheds light on the Asian markets.

  • Each applicant (individual or organization) may submit up to 3 entries across all award categories.
  • Submissions to the awards program are free of charge.
  • The submission deadline is Sep 15th, 2025.


Submission guidelines:

Please explain why your submission should be considered for the award in that category. Your submission should focus on key initiatives, project, or impact made that aligned with the purpose of the award and demonstrate your organization’s contributions in the assessment and education industry through such efforts.

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Relevance: The alignment of your program, initiative, or contribution with the award’s objectives and criteria.

2. Impact: The measurable impact or value created for the assessment, EdTech, or professional community in Asia, supported by data-driven evidence.

3. Innovation & Leadership: Demonstrated innovative approaches, cross-regional practices, and examples of industry leadership your organization has exhibited
