Alberta Ability Network (an initiative of Cerebral Palsy Alberta) is a collaborative of stakeholders, people with lived experience and those who support them, health practitioners, academia, community advocates, and government that strives to:
  • Address systemic barriers facing persons with disabilities
  • Strengthen the disability sector
  • Influence policy and decision-making
     
The Poverty Reduction table is conducting a comprehensive analysis of poverty in Alberta. The purpose of the study is to understand how poverty is impacting the lives of Albertans with disabilities.
 
Results of the survey will be sent to the Government of Alberta.
