The City of Ithaca is updating its Zoning Code to better address community needs and values, and align with Plan Ithaca, the City's Comprehensive Plan. Zoning directs how a community develops--from housing affordability to where businesses can thrive and how people get around. Updating zoning is a chance to make those rules work better for everyone who lives, works, and invests here.
