Purpose of this survey

The purpose of this survey is both for ZenChange to get to know you and your business better, your perspectives on the main reasons your clients come to you, and what makes you different.  We'll use this as input to create your business plan.  If you feel that we have already discussed a question, please just skip it.  Please also drop any financials and other background documents into the Google Drive link that we have provided (if you haven't received it please ask).

What happens next?

After you submit your response we'll take a look at your survey results and will likely have some follow up questions. 

In parallel, we'll conduct an online competitive analysis and take a look at how your top current (& potential) competitors are positioning themselves and how they may appear to a potential client.  We'll also conduct industry research on trends, opportunities and threats as they relate to your business.  We'll take a look at your financial input as input to preparing the business plan financials.

We'll interact with you along the way to touch base on what we find as input to our recommendations.  

Then we'll wrap everything together for you in a draft business plan for your review.

Hopefully we'll have some fun along the way and share a few "aha" moments!
