Denali Summer Science Academy is a four-day camp for high school students entering 10th-12th grade. This camp is a partnership program between Alaska Geographic and the National Park Service through the Murie Science and Learning Center. Based at the Riley Creek Campground at the entrance area of Denali National Park and Preserve, groups will take daily trips into the park to hike and learn from park scientists.

To build future leaders of our communities and stewards of our public lands, NOW is the time to engage young, innovative minds in addressing the challenges of the future. We find unique and amazing youth through adult nominators who know and work with them already – that’s where you come in. A nominator can be anyone outside of the student’s immediate family. Students that complete an application and have a nominator submit the following form will have a better chance of getting selected for one of our two sessions for summer 2017.
