While the contract was ratified on August 24, 2022 the Instructional Bargaining Team is not finished requesting the district increase salaries, benefits, and improve working conditions.  We believe the best way to educate students is with teachers who feel respected.  Knowledge of what is expected from our members is valuable at the table when supported with data about working conditions.  Toward the end of the survey, we would like our members to share what you feel is most important. We encourage you to remind others to participate in the survey as this will serve as a guiding tool as we sit at the table to negotiate throughout the year.
