4.As we plan for future fairs, we have been considering whether to continue free admission or charge a small gate fee to help offset increasing costs of our operating budget and to be sustainable to give more back to local groups and non profits, so we need honest input, please see options

Keep it Free, but budget would be covered by high parking fees, shuttle fees, and sponsors and reduce entertainment, attractions, and activities that cost money

Charge no more then 5.00 per person, kids free and reduce onsite parking substantially and free shuttles?

Doesn't matter, i understand the difficulties planning this event

8.would you like to see the name changed, our current name is North Branford roasted corn and potato festival, please consider options.. we can get more Farm related options, sponsors and attractions if we incorporate "fair" into our name somehow. (this was mentioned by State of CT Ag and tourism)
