1. Speakers/Trainers/Consultant Questionnaire
The Center for Nonprofits is seeking to create a listing of trainers, speakers, and/or consultants who serve our regional nonprofit community.
We are asking respondents to complete this short questionnaire regarding the types of services they provide, their contact information, areas of expertise, availability, and experience.
Responses will be held in confidence, unless respondents opt to allow information to be shared by the CNP with the greater community.
This questionnaire is for the internal use of the United Way Center for Nonprofits only. Demand for services varies greatly, and the CNP makes no representation that it will either serve as a referral source or sub contract with the respondents to the questionnaire.
