We are interested in engaging our retirees as resources during this rough labor market and beyond. Are you interested in sharing your skills in some small way, i.e. mentoring new young staff; filling in so staff can get time off; working on a project of a short nature? These opportunities will allow you to stay connected with the Arlington community and share your skills and abilities. We are reaching out to see if you would be interested and what your expectations would be for this type of program.
