Submission requirements, General Information, and Terms of Agreement:
1. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
2. An email with acceptance or denial will be sent following staff committee meeting one month after deadline.
3. Presenters may not use any conference presentation to market products or services; exhibit space is available for that purpose.
4. If accepted, presenters must register for the conference and registration is complimentary.
5. No honorarium or travel expense reimbursement will be provided.
6. The speaker agrees to provide UMTRC an electronic version of the presentation for attendee access.
7. All images, information, and intellectual property in presentations and any accompanying materials (slides, handouts, etc.) are the sole property of each presenter, and the presenter has no copyrights or other ownership outside him or herself or the presenter's organization.
