* 3. Please describe the atmosphere at your barn. Is it a show barn, a trail barn, a casual barn? What sorts of things go on there daily?

* 4. As part of this program you will need to foster a rescue horse. Do you have a preference on which type of horse you'd like to foster? We may not be able to accommodate every preference, but we will try to come up with a good match for your location.

* 5. West Virginia Horse Network will cover the cost of vet and farrier care for the foster horse. If necessary we can provide a stipend for bedding, hay, feed, etc. How much will you need to cover this expense?

* 6. What types of things would you be willing to teach participants or give them the opportunity to experience? This program aims to help people learn basic skills that they'd need to own a horse. Let us know any things that you think you'd be great at teaching or that people could learn at your location.

* 7. Is your location "youth friendly"? Just so you know, NO participants under 12 will be permitted to enroll. According to the rules any participant under 17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. We understand that some locations will prefer adults only. That is OK. Just let us know here what ages you'd be willing to accommodate.
