ASU Officials and Delegates have been bargaining with Council representatives over the past number of months. City of Melbourne chose to end bargaining without agreement from all bargaining parties.

City of Melbourne put out to vote for a not agreed sub-standard agreement which was rejected by a majority of employees.

ASU and delegates have decided to survey members on taking Protected Industrial Action to gain a better understanding of the types of action that members are prepared to engage in.

By completing this survey, you will give us an idea of what action you want us to propose to take, as any proposed actions will have to go through our application to the Fair Work Commission for protected industrial action approval.

Results will assist in our efforts to try and deliver a better outcome in the present impasse and put CoM on notice that ASU members believe a better outcome can be achieved for everybody.

All members are encouraged to complete this survey, so please share the link...
