JAXUSA Partnership is the private, nonprofit division of JAX Chamber. Our mission is to be a catalyst for economic growth and to aggressively recruit jobs and capital investment to the seven counties we serve in Northeast Florida.
The Regional Economic Development Strategy -The Future is Now- in Northeast Florida outlines Talent as the #1 Goal of the strategic plan. Building a talent pipeline for our regions target and support industries are paramount to the success of our community and the economic mobility of our citizens.
In partnership with the Nassau County Economic Development Board and Nassau School District's Career & Technical Education program, JAXUSA is working to identify talent gaps as part of our larger assessment of the current workforce ecosystem.
