National Helpline — Service Design Survey

The Australian Government, through the Attorney-General’s Department, is funding the development of a new National Child Sexual Abuse Information and Referral Service for victim-survivors (of any age), their families, carers, supporters, professionals, community members, and others affected by child sexual abuse.

Australian Childhood Foundation and Anglicare Victoria have been commissioned to establish and deliver the service.

The service will provide information, guidance & links to support services in three ways:

This survey is an opportunity to help shape how the service looks, feels and works before it launches. Your feedback can help inform the website design, branding, navigation, accessibility features, cultural safety, pathways into support and the overall experience of using the service.

You do not need to share any personal experiences to participate in this consultation. We are interested in views on what would make this service safe, accessible, helpful and effective.
