SPA has been notified of a number of non-standard commissioning deals with Australian broadcasters.

SPA is seeking feedback from members on the types of rights being requested by broadcasters and other unusual deal terms. These results will advise SPA’s industrial and policy activities, including future terms of trade negotiations.
