The purpose of this questionnaire is to learn about the performance of a European Union project called SMARTSPACES. You have been asked to take part because you are either visiting or working in a building which is part of the SMARTSPACES project.This work is being conducted by researchers at De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. It is funded by the European Union.

What does it involve?
We would like you to complete this online questionnaire. Completing the questionnaire should take about 10-15 minutes of your time. No names or other personal details will appear on any material (written, oral or otherwise) arising from this research.

Is there an incentive for participating?
Yes. Individuals who complete this questionnaire will receive a complimentary EnergySMART Birmingham mug and pen. To collect your mug and pen, please contact Nikki Spencer in Digital Birmingham (Birmingham City Council) at Nikki.Spencer@birmingham.gov.uk.
