Little Mekong resides along University Avenue West between Marion Street and North Mackubin Street. In this predominantly Southeast Asian district, there is a rich cultural experience to be had at local restaurants and businesses. Little Mekong is situated in the Rondo and Frogtown neighborhoods. Historically, this area was once the center of Minnesota's Black community and economy. Today, both neighborhoods represent the cultural diversity St. Paul is known for, home to generational families and new immigrants.
