The goal of this Mentorship Program Code of Conduct (“Code”) is to define and maintain a standard of behaviour that is expected of participants in the Program to ensure all mentors and mentees have a consistent, highly professional and meaningful experience.
A mentor helps create and provide a supportive, safe, and productive environment, by encouraging professional and personal growth through a process of reflection, questioning, challenge and feedback for the mentee. The Mentor Code of Conduct sets out the framework of how mentors are expected to perform their role when working with mentees.
Please ensure you read the Code and sign off at the end.
