With this DELPHI, we would like to make a simple, clinically applicable and widely supported classification to select patients with perihilar cholangiocarcinoma for pre-operative (chemo) therapy. This survey will start with some general questions and will continue with pre-operative (radiological) resectability criteria followed by intra-operative resectability criteria.
