AltaMed PACE, a community of caring for more than 25 years, invites seniors who are 55 years or older to this in-person event on Friday, March 14, 2025, at our NEW AltaMed PACE – West Covina Center. Come and explore the facility, meet our dedicated team, and learn about the services we offer, including medical care, transportation, and social support. Don't miss this exciting event!
