The Health System's Veteran Resource Group has created "Veteran" badge tags that you can proudly wear along with your employee badge. Please provide the requested information to obtain your "Veteran" badge tag.

Appropriate size badge tags to go with physician employee badges are NOT available at this time, but in the works. More to come!

Small horizontal badge tag. Click here if you do NOT have another badge tag that hangs below your employee badge.

Large horizontal badge tag. Click here if you DO have another badge tag that hangs BELOW your employee badge (ie. "RN" or other badge).

Vertical badge tag. Physicians click here to obtain a veteran badge in vertical orientation.
