Dear Wilkins Township Resident:

Wilkins Township is asking for your assistance! The Township is currently developing a master plan, which will make recommendations for future improvements of Lions Park. Lions Park is located in the southwestern portion of he Township, off of Greensburg Pike. In order to make the park special for the Township residents, your family has been randomly selected to complete this questionnaire to provide input into the planning process. Please note that not all residents will receive this questionnaire, so your input is very valuable.

We request that questionnaires be completed by February 3, 2010. All responses are anonymous and information gathered as part of this process will only by utilized in the development of this very important project.
