All you have to do is pre-order the new album from his official Australian webstore in any format (Vinyl, CD, Digital Download, or as part of a merch bundle). Terms & Conditions: Pete Murray's "Play at Your Place" Competition

1. Promoter
The promoter is Peter Murray Touring Pty Ltd, ABN 23 113 284 843 (the "Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The competition opens at 3pm (AEST) on Thursday, 18th September 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Thursday, 9th October 2025. Any entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
To be eligible, entrants must have a valid pre-order of Pete Murray's new album “Longing”.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must pre-order Pete Murray's new album from his website during the Promotion Period.
After pre-ordering, entrants must complete the official entry form. The form will require entrants to provide their full name, email address, phone number, and a valid album pre-order number.

5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive an exclusive live performance by Pete Murray in their backyard (the "Prize").
The Prize includes a performance by Pete Murray. The Promoter will liaise with the winner to confirm the details and logistics of the performance.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on the 10th of October, 2025. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
The winner must claim their Prize by Sunday the 12th of October. If the Prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw on Monday the 13th of October, 2025.

7. Privacy
By entering this competition, you agree to be added to the Pete Murray mailing list to receive marketing and promotional emails from Peter Murray Touring Pty Ltd. You can unsubscribe at any time.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions
This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The Promoter's decision in all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person in connection with the competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
