• An individual employed by a PAMA Associate Member, who displays integrity, reliability and management innovation, creativity, originality and has distinguished themselves by their commitment to their profession and PAMA.
• Displays commitment to PAMA’s mandate: To uphold and maintain high professional, ethical and educational standards within residential property management; to provide a forum for members to interact and promote the advancement of the industry; to give an authoritative voice to the industry in its dealings with legislative and governmental bodies.
• The ability to interact well with industry members, property managers, service providers and other industry professionals.
• Dedication and outstanding service to their clients and PAMA’s members.
• Commitment to the personal and professional development of others, encouraging the acquirement of professional designations, ongoing support of education, training, seminars, mentoring and supporting the industry by attendance at industry conventions.
• Promotes and supports PAMA events and continuing education programming.
• The nominee must be a PAMA Active Individual Member or their employer must have PAMA membership.
• Has attended at least one (1) PAMA educational seminar/event in the last twelve (12) months.
