Evan Piper
Evan Piper is a North Miami Beach native who served as the Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Board before his appointment as City Commissioner in 2018. He is a small business owner specializing in construction and real estate. Evan is a wheelchair-bound survivor of a 2001 airplane crash, an experience that has shaped his motivational speaking career and drive to overcome challenges.
Paule Villard
Paule Villard is a former police officer and City Commissioner who has served our community for decades. As a mother and grandmother, she is deeply concerned with improving North Miami Beach for the next generation. Both as a nonprofit leader and City Commissioner, she's focused on keeping us safe and improving conditions in North Miami Beach.
