Judging will take place starting at 6 p.m. on 12/15 and winners announced 12/17.

Eligible entrants must be located within the Village of Zionsville to participate. This includes homes and businesses on or west of Elm Street, on or north of Starkey Rd, on or south of Willow Street and on or east of the Zionsville Rail Trail.
