Kittitas Valley Healthcare (KVH) is asking community members about their experiences getting health care. We want to know which services people want close to home, how easy or hard it is to get care, and why some people go outside Kittitas County for care. Your answers will help us plan future health care services.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Results will be shared this fall. Because the survey is offered in several ways (online link, in-person, QR code, hard copies), please complete only one survey per household.
