The MGAA Next Gen Mentoring scheme is back for its third Cohort to start in October 2024.

This scheme is focused on new insurance generations or anyone that wish to expand their technical and soft skills in the Insurance market, with specific focus on MGA professionals.

It will also give the opportunity for mentors to share their knowledge, benefit from new connections, reverse mentoring and the rewarding feeling to help other colleagues to succeed in such a competitive and dynamic market. Please note this is only available for MGAA Members who are aged 35 and under.
