2024 Healthy Workplace Award Nomination Survey

The Greater Wyoming Valley Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Annual Dinner.

Nominations should be made utilizing the online form below.
*All nominees must be located in the Greater Wyoming Valley Area.*

The 2024 Healthy Workplace of the Year Award is presented to a business that has promoted health and wellness in the workplace. Businesses of all sizes may apply.

It is the nominator’s responsibility to secure additional letters of support. Please email any additional letters of support to events@wyomingvalleychamber.org. Submissions should be typed and answered fully.
