She quickly found her niche in workplace interiors for professional services firms, where she blends her architectural background, sociological curiosity, and newly earned MBA in marketing to shape thoughtful, human-centered environments. Jordan thrives on the details — the problem-solving, the storytelling, and the challenge of bringing a client’s vision to life in a workplace landscape that’s constantly evolving.

Over the past six years, her project work has earned recognition from organizations such as IIDA, CoreNet Global, and NAIOP, and in 2025 she was honored as one of Interior Design Magazine’s 30 Under 30 for DC. At Gensler, Jordan is also an active member of the District Ambassadors program, a cohort of emerging leaders dedicated to strengthening the CRE community and creating space for forward-thinking conversations about the future of the DMV.

Jordan’s commitment to professional growth and mentorship runs deep. She was a PLAID scholar in 2021–2022, later serving as Committee Co-Chair and now as Director of Professional Development. She has participated as a mentee in both the IIDA Student
Mentorship Program and IIDA Coffee & Close Ups, and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with young designers as they navigate the industry.

When she’s not designing, Jordan is likely at an AMC theater catching a new movie, cuddling her two cats while reading a book from the library, or testing a new recipe for her local cookbook club. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, is NCIDQ certified, and is a Licensed Interior Designer in the District of Columbia.
