Ask about accreditation session - Accredited services to talk about how going through the process was and tips that they wish to share.

Experience sharing session from assessors to talk about areas that services need to be aware of .

Website demonstration for any registered users who would like support using the website.

1:1 Q&A session for services to answer accreditation related questions.
