Accredited training programs are required to submit Form D - Annual Report. This report shall be submitted to CEFGA no later than May 15th of each school year. This report summarizes your activities of the current academic year (August through May), and it will be signed (electronically if submitted online) by your career/technical program supervisor.Failure to complete submit this form by May 15, 2015 will result in suspension of your industry certification/accrediation.
Part One of the Annual Report documents progress made by the training unit to alleviate weaknesses or undeveloped potentials since completing the previous Annual Report or Accreditation Visit.
Part Two of the Annual Report requests specific data regarding your training unit. This data is used for research purposes and allows CEFGA, the Georgia Department of Education, and the National Center for Construction Education and Research to make decisions based on progress and trends of the construction related programs in Georgia. It also serves as a basis for continuing accreditation.
Upon receipt of the Annual Report, a CEFGA staff member will review it for completeness and compliance with program standards. If the Report does not meet the standards described, it will be returned to you along with specific feedback noting the needed information/changes. A revised report will be required within thirty days.
