DESCRIPTION OF THE RESEARCH
The Research and Planning Group for California Community Colleges (The RP Group) is working closely with the Chancellor’s Office Technical Assistance Provider (College of the Canyons) to document the progress of the Zero Textbook Cost Acceleration Grant projects.
WHAT WILL MY PARTICIPATION INVOLVE?: This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You can choose to skip any question you don't want to answer. All information you provide will be kept private.
ARE THERE ANY RISKS TO ME?: While we will try to protect your data by storing it on Alchemer's (this Survey Platform) secure server, there is always a potential risk of a breach of confidentiality. Other than that, there are no other foreseen risks for participating in this study.
ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS TO ME?: There are no direct benefits to participating in this study. However, your participation in this research will help inform programmatic and grant improvement efforts and legislative reporting requirements
WILL I BE COMPENSATED FOR MY PARTICIPATION?: No, there is no compensation for participation.
HOW WILL MY CONFIDENTIALITY BE PROTECTED?: Your privacy is very important to us. Your name will not be used in any publications of this study. Only group data will be published. To protect your privacy, only approved personnel will have access to the data. All of the information collected in this study will be treated confidentially. Survey data will be stored on Alchemer's secure server.

AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS STUDY: Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you decide not to participate or to withdraw from the study, you may do so at any time. Study data may be used for future purposes. By continuing on to the survey, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and voluntarily consent to participate in this research study.
