1. Introduction
The Florida Certification Board (FCB) is conducting a Role Delineation Study (RDS) UPDATE of core competencies for the Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS). The purpose of this study is to ensure that the CRPS core competencies continue to reflect current practice.
The FCB follows national standards when conducting an RDS UPDATE. Part of this process involves asking current practitioners to validate the CRPS performance domains and job tasks.
