About the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland
We are the statutory consumer body for Northern Ireland. We provide advice and information, investigate and resolve complaints, and advocate on your behalf.

We do many things to help consumers in Northern Ireland, such as providing free expert advice, complaint handling, and engaging with government, regulators, and consumer bodies, to ensure that your consumer rights are protected.

We want to hear from you
We want to understand your awareness of the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air.
We also want to hear about any recent experience you have of flying if you are disabled or have reduced mobility.  

We will use the information to provide consumers with better support and information, and to campaign for better consumer protection.
