Part A: Background Information About Your Household

Dear Granville Resident, This questionnaire is open to all Granville area residents. We are exploring possible areas where the community needs and wants to enhance more pedestrian-friendly and bicycle-friendly pathways. It is extremely important, at this early stage, to solicit opinions from the people who live in close proximity to these pathways, and the people who will use these pathways. We care a great deal about your perspectives. We are only asking general background information. Nevertheless, your responses will be kept confidential, and completion of this survey is entirely voluntary. You may refuse to participate in this survey and you may discontinue participation at any time. However, your responses are very important for the completion of a comprehensive pathway plan. If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please contact either Abram Kaplan (740-587-6736/ kaplan@denison.edu) or Daniel Andrews (301-641-7930/ andrew_d@denison.edu) If you would like to request a hard copy of this survey, please let us know. Thank you very much!
