Energenius® OST Program Family Engagement Event Overview

Energenius® Out of School Time Program training modules were created through a partnership between PG&E and CalSAC. The program is designed to engage children and youth to think about how they use energy, how energy is measured and paid for, and ways to save energy. Children and youth will understand how they can help reduce the impacts of energy use and production on the environment, and also practice influencing others to take energy-saving actions. These new modules are uniquely and intentionally designed to engage families in what youth are learning as well as provide families with resources for CARE, a PG&E program that incentivizes families to put energy saving practices to use and save on their energy bill, ESA, as well as Rate Awareness and Education.

CalSAC is excited to offer funding for programs in PG&E service areas to host a family engagement event through the Energenius® OST Program. Strengthen the quality of your program and deepen your program’s impact on energy conservation through hosting a family engagement event.
