Medication supply: sharing your experience

Your recent experiences

We want to understand whether you are facing any difficulties obtaining your regular epilepsy medication.
The government has said that the vast majority of medicines are in good supply. However, we know a small number of people have experienced difficulties getting their medication, or feel anxious about securing their prescriptions in the future.
If you have epilepsy, or care for someone who does, please take a few moments to complete our short survey. Your feedback provides us with data to share with decision-makers so we can ensure the community continues to be supported.
1.Which epilepsy medication(s) do you/the person you care for take?
2.Have you experienced any difficulties accessing your medication in the past year
3.Do you feel that worry or anxiety about medication supply in the future has contributed to you or the person you care for having a seizure?
4.Have you/the person you care for had any difficulty getting your medication ?

By 'difficulty', we mean experiencing a delay at the pharmacy, being told the item is out of stock, having to travel to a different pharmacy, or needing to wait more than a few days for your prescription to be filled.
5.If you have NOT experienced any difficulties in the past year, do you feel worried about getting your medication in the future?
6.In the past year, was a different brand or generic version of the medication offered because the usual one was unavailable?
