Talent and Prosperity for All (TAP) Job Quality Framework Feedback Form

Job quality is one of the strategic priorities in the state's strategic plan for a strong and successful workforce development system, Talent and Prosperity for All (TAP). The plan aims to help employers, workers and communities succeed.

During Phase 1 of implementation, the TAP job quality work group developed and analyzed input through a survey, conducted research, and reviewed many existing definitions and frameworks from peer organizations and national models. Drawing from these sources, the group developed a draft definition and job quality framework that can serve as a foundation for continued discussion and refinement.

Here's a link to the phase one report, which contains the draft definition, framework and more.

Your input will help ensure the final framework reflects priorities from across the workforce system. Use this form to share your thoughts on what works well, what could be improved, or what might be missing from the draft definition and framework. We are also interested in hearing any implementation ideas you have that could be considered in future phases.

Thank you for your time and feedback.
