Invited speaker, hopefully an expert in the field, followed by Q &A. This option is limited for a free program as most speakers charge a fee, and is the format that would come under the Adult Education program. Member of the congregation (or, occasionally, an invited speaker) delivering a short background presentation on a pre-selected subject, and then the audience exchanges their views and information on the selected subject (close to what we do currently).
